Product Introduction
The polycarbonate greenhouse framework is the core load-bearing structure of the facility. It determines the greenhouse's resistance to wind and snow, as well as its overall service life. It consists of three main components: primary framework, secondary framework, and connectors:
Primary Framework: Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or square steel tubes, it forms the main columns, cross beams, and arch beams to create the primary structure. For multi-span greenhouses, gutters are also added, serving dual purposes of load-bearing and water drainage.
Secondary Framework: Built with galvanized square tubes or angle steel to form purlins, it secures the polycarbonate covering materials while enhancing the flatness and load-bearing capacity of the roof surface.
Connectors: Utilizing hot-dip galvanized bolts, wire channels, and pressure bars, these accessories ensure a secure assembly of all components and prevent rusting at the joints, eliminating the need for welding.
