Fan and Pad Cooling System

The cooling pad and fan system is core equipment for highly efficient temperature control in modern agriculture. Utilizing the principle of "negative pressure ventilation combined with evaporative cooling," it creates an optimal growing environment for crops. The system comprises cooling pads, negative pressure exhaust fans, a water circulation system, and control devices. The cooling pads are installed at one end of the greenhouse, with the fans positioned at the opposite end, offering a simple structure that is highly adaptable to various greenhouse types.

During operation, the water circulation system evenly distributes water across the cooling pads, forming a fine water film. The negative pressure fans extract air from the greenhouse, creating a vacuum that forces hot outdoor air to pass through the pads. As the air comes into contact with the water film, evaporation absorbs significant amounts of heat, reducing the incoming air temperature by 5-15°C. This rapidly stabilizes the internal greenhouse temperature within the optimal range of 28-32°C.

The system offers multiple distinct advantages: it consumes only one-tenth of the energy used by traditional air conditioning and achieves an air exchange rate of 30 to 60 times per hour. This effectively exhausts harmful gases, replenishes fresh air, and filters out dust and pests. With easy installation and maintenance, it is a highly cost-effective and practical solution for summer cooling, ensuring high yields and premium crop quality.
